Registration & Fees

Registration fees vary by participant category, as detailed below.

The fees below are applicable for a single paper registration.

The fees above are applicable for a single paper registration.
For an additional paper under the same registration, USD 22 or BDT 3000 is added.
One author can include a maximum of two of their own papers under the same registration.
Papers must be registered by the author.
Papers must be presented by the author.
bKash and bank transaction fees are paid by the participant.

Registration fees can be paid using either of the following methods.

Write your paper ID on the payment slip and keep the slip / online transaction receipt in PDF format for registration.

Write your paper ID in the bKash reference and keep the transaction slip in PDF format for registration.

Have the following ready before you start the registration.

Proof of payment: PDF of the bank deposit slip, online transfer receipt, or bKash transaction slip / number.

Proof of IEEE membership: IEEE membership number and ID in PDF format.

Proof of studentship: scanned copy of your current student ID card in PDF format.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

Once you have paid the registration fee, complete the registration form to confirm your place.
